With over 9 years of supporting primary schools Parkertron has developed a support model to fit any Primary School.  Specialist knowledge of the Primary School sector has been developed over time and 4 main support packages have been developed.



The key factor is that unlike most other support companies support is given term time and in the school holidays if requested for no extra cost. (Limited or Managed Service Only)

 


These packages include:


Option 1 - Basic Technical support Half Day Per Week

Half a day technical support every week during term time
Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service
All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer
Support Provided Term Time and School Holidays

 

 

Option 2 - Basic Technical support 1 Day Per Week

£5800



1 Full day technical support every week during term time
Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service
All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer

 

Option 3 - Limited Managed service

£5800



Half a day technical support every week during term time
Same technician to ensure continuity and quality of service
All equipment in school supported regardless of manufacturer
Account Management – Bids, Quotes, Help with new products eg VLE
5 Emergency Calls Per Term
Working with IT coordinator to help with lesson plans
